Peninsula Symphony stays true to its mission of serving the Bay Area communities up and down the South Bay/Peninsula, from Campbell to San Bruno. For your convenience, we've included the whole list of venues for our 70th season below.

 
 

Flint Center FOR the Performing ARts

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the 2,300-seat Flint Center for the Performing Arts has been Peninsula Symphony's South Bay home for many years.

ADDRESS: 21250 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino, CA 95014

PARKING: Three-story parking structure adjacent to the main venue.  $10 permit fee.  Parking also available across Stevens Creek. No street parking.

FOX THEATRE

The jewel of the vibrant downtown Redwood City, Fox Theatre is home to some of the most popular shows in the Bay Area.

PARKING: Downtown street parking and parking structures: 

  • Jefferson Garage: The underground garage on Middlefield between Jefferson and Winslow provides 1.5 hours of free parking.
  • Winslow Garage: Located on Middlefield also offers parking close by for 50 cents per hour, Monday-Friday 10-6pm and free after 6pm and all day Sundays
  • The Marshall Street Garage: With entrances off of Marshall and off of Broadway offers 1.5 hours of free parking.
  • The Main Street Lot: Located on Main Street by City Hall offers parking for .25cents per hour, Monday-Friday, 10-6pm and free after 6pm and all day Sundays

Heritage Theatre

Peninsula Symphony's newest "home" in the South Bay, Heritage Theatre is an intimate venue that seats just under 900. It is located near some of the best restaurants in Downtown Campbell and the fast-growing Pruneyard Shopping Center.

San Mateo PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

This state-of-the-art facility is the largest of the six venues managed by the San Mateo Union High School District, making it the ideal destination for touring artists and local attractions. With the gorgeous interior and superior natural acoustics, Peninsula Symphony has been performing here for many years.

PARKING: Free parking between the concert hall and San Mateo High School football field; residential street parking is also available in the surrounding blocks.

BING CONCERT HALL

Named after Peter and Helen Bing and opened in January 2013, Bing Concert Hall was designed by Richard Olcott of Ennead Architects, with the acoustics done by Yasuhisa Toyota of Nagata Acoustics, who also worked on Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, California and New World Symphony in Miami Beach, Florida. The "vineyard" format, with its 842 seats surrounding the stage and within 75 feet of the conductor, gives the audience a unique experience not found anywhere else in the Bay Area.

PARKING: Parking can be found on Lasuen Street and in Galvez Lot. Please note that visitor parking spots are metered on weekdays until 4:00PM and is FREE after 4:00 PM and on weekends at all times. Please allow 30 minutes to find parking and locate your seat before concert start time. Parking areas near performance venues may fill quickly, depending on the size of the event and other simultaneously occurring events on campus. Disabled parking, loading, and service–vehicle restrictions are enforced at all times.

 

ARAGON HIGH SCHOOL THEATER

The Aragon High School is a full featured, mid-sized venue that has been very popular for recitals, dance shows, musical theatre and classical music concerts. It is also a popular venue for families with kids who come to our annual Family Concert in April.

HILLVIEW PARK, Los Altos

Hillview Park in Los Altos is one of the most popular outdoor facilities for families in the Bay Area Peninsula. It is adjacent to the Los Altos Library, Bus Barn Theater, Los Altos History Museum and the Gilbert Smith House. The beautiful lawn area has been home to Peninsula Symphony's popular summer concerts for many years.
