Program Update
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've had a change in our guest artist for our January 2023 concerts. We are delighted to announce the return to the Peninsula Symphony stage of two-time GRAMMY nominee and Avery Fisher Career Grant recipient violinist Jennifer Frautschi who will replace Caroline Campbell. Jennifer will be performing three popular and thrilling showpieces for violin: Ravel's Tzigane, Kreisler's Liebesfreud, and Saint-Saëns' Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso. Also in the program are Florence Price’s Symphony No.1 and Roger Zare’s Neowise. Concert dates and venues remain unchanged: January 20th at 8pm at the Capuchino Performing Arts Center in San Bruno and January 21st at 8pm at the Heritage Theatre in Campbell. We apologize for the program change but are certain that you will be thrilled with Jennifer’s extraordinary artistry and performance. This will be Jennifer’s third appearance with PSO.
