NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PENINSULA SYMPHONY OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION
Wednesday, June 23, 2021, 7:15-7:30 PM
Location: Online Zoom Meeting 

Primary Business: 
• Election of Board of Directors
• Approval of 2020 PSA Annual Meeting Minutes 

You are receiving this notice because you are a Peninsula Symphony Association (PSA) member. This means that are a/an: 

a. Individual contributor who is in the “Allegro: Fast” donor category (either separately or as one of a contributing couple, not including any matching employer contribution) or higher (≥ $250); 
b. Subscriber who has performed in the most recent twelve months a certain number of hours of voluntary service to the Association; AND/OR 
c. Orchestra member in good standing (as determined by the Music Director). 

As a member of the Peninsula Symphony Association, you are encouraged to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, please cast your vote for the nominees to the Board of Directors by the Proxy Ballot linked above. 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

If you are planning to attend the virtual Annual Meeting on June 23rd, 2021, please RSVP to Sheri Frumkin, sheri@peninsulasymphony.org or (650) 941-5291 no later than Monday, June 21st, 2021. You will then be emailed a Zoom link in order to attend this meeting remotely. 

If you are unable to attend the virtual Annual Meeting on June 23rd, 2021, please complete and sign the Proxy Ballot and mail or email it to no later than Monday, June 21st, 2021:
